We are seeking a dynamic individual to play an integral role in driving and supporting our business goals and objectives for profitable, sustainable growth. Proactive liaison between the Division Manager and manufacturing personnel to champion change initiatives and to continue to satisfy and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an effective operations organization through selection, training/development and motivation of a manufacturing team. Develop employee talents to obtain short and long-range goals by effective direction, counseling and training according to an overall business plan. Plan and control MRO manufacturing operations at lowest cost consistent with established specifications for customer quality. Responsible for year over year cost reductions (5%) and Turn Around Time reductions through the utilization of Continuous Improvement projects. Reduce both internal and external quality escapes showing year over year improvement while introducing new products into the shop.
