Make key decisions regarding operation, maintenance, and improvements to the manufacturing site’s infrastructure to assure 100% uptime to customers for facilities services. *Determine staffing, recommend capital projects and operating needs to senior management. *Manage capital and operating budgets in excess of $20 million. *Supervise all facilities operational staff (up to 12), and local direction to security (usually security supervisor/staff of up to 12) and other staff as assigned (up to 6). *Be On-call 24x7 and respond to all manufacturing site emergencies Think analytically to respond to complex inquiries. Qualifications: Motivate others to complete projects on time. And coordinate all efforts effectively. Apply your Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) along with 5+ years of manufacturing and/or mission critical environments experience, every day on the job. You can advance your career in commercial real estate if you possess: 5 years supervisory experience 3 years budgetary responsibility Intermediate MS Office Suite skills Superb communication and quantitative reasoning abilities In-depth knowledge of financial principles.
