Job Description:

Provide leadership and direction to the Directors. · Ensures project teams are appropriately resourced by working with other i3 Research personnel as required. · Strategically assess resource utilization and make changes as necessary. · Assure training requirements of personnel are being met. Interact with other departments to ensure timely delivery of high quality project deliverables, including: · Identify problems and/or issues with personnel and/or processes across departments. · Work with associated department management in implementing processes to streamline the delivery of services to the customer. Responsible for overall performance management of personnel, including: · Assure Directors regularly provide feedback to team members (if applicable) on individual performance and contributions to the overall team effort. · Participate in the performance review process for direct reports. · Provide salary increase, promotion, or adjustment recommendations for all personnel. · Communicate with Directors within Project Management & Administration as well as Directors of other departments on a regular basis. Responsible for administrative functions including: · Responsible for maintaining Project Management & Administrations headcount within corporate guidelines. · Maintenance of office facilities and associated issues. · Serve as Project Management & Administrations representative on assigned task forces/committees.
