Job Description:
COLLECTIONS MANAGER
WELLAND, ONTARIO
SALARY -- 35,000 PER YEAR PLUS UNCAPPED BONUS
44+ HOURS PER WEEK
Job Duties: Manage a team of 8-10 collections agents, for third party and probate collections. Experience is required. You must be able to speak, read and write fluent english. You must be able to direct and coach your team to hit daily and monthly targets of call counts, money collected and compliance with state and provincial collections laws. Responsible for managing collections agents who are recovering outstanding monies on credit card, reposessions, taking payment and any other issues that may arise. Ensure client and corporate service, quality, and contribution goals within the site are met. Provide leadership and management to associates; provide training and hold team meetings. Supervise multiple agents for one or more clients, running on dialers and outbound manual campaigns. You must be proficient with computer systems, financial data and mathematics.
Experience: One or more years in collections role, with supervisory experience
