Lead Sales Quality teams - use standard global Quality program tools & methods, specifically Six Sigma, Lean and Project Management skills, while working with Sales functional & regional leadersLead and deploy high impact global and regional projects - using Six Sigma and strong project management methodologyDevelop project scope, objectives and metrics - coach, mentor and assist project teams - provide input on prioritiesSupport and deploy change management - sustain focus within the function and identify/deploy Best PracticesLead delivery of training - in support of the functional or regional training plan and prioritiesISO Certification - provide overall coordination for ISO and related certification as applicableManager level leadership experience Required Skills: Bachelors degree is mandatory. MBA preferred.Certification at the Six Sigma Blackbelt level (DMAIC, DFSS, SPC, DOE, Lean); ISO and Lean certification are preferred.Previous experience working in either a sales capacity or delivering Six Sigma projects targeting improvements within the sales function.
