I am looking one or two professional massage therapists to lease a fully furnished massage office and work as independant contractors. The suite is located in a busy office building on the corner of 8th and Griffith in Wisconsin Rapids. The building is owned by a very reputable Chiropractor. His business is also located in the building. A great place for referrals. Clientele already established. The space consists of a treatment room with a private waiting room. Lease is $200/mo+ for two therapists or $400/mo+ if solo and includes the space, parking for you and your clients, private washroom, fridge, microwave, hydroculator and clay packs, linens, pillows, towels, heated table, couch, desk, all furnishings, and much much more!! Everything you need to start your practice! Electricity is not included but it is very reasonable! A/C is controlled and paid for by the building owner.
