This position will provide direct project management oversight for a variety of clinical, pre-clinical, and regulatory projects that support the overall development plan for oritavancin.Job duties and responsibilities include:- Perform job duties with minimal guidance from the Sr. Project Manager and/or Director of Project Management- Serve as primary contact for functional area representatives in managing project initiation, planning, execution and closure- Oversee project timelines and budgets, including project metric development, tracking and reporting- Provide project-specific direction and mentoring to project team, as needed, to support on time/on budget delivery of project milestones- Ensure project adherence to ICH/GCP/local regulations for applicable projects- Participate in project management department initiatives and programs as assigned, including SOP creation, budget maintenance, etc.Requirements: Qualifications:Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience. Understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Prior experience writing and developing SOPs and guidance documents within project management and/or clinical operations. Knowledge of GCP and ICH . Proficient computer skills, including MS Project. Highly developed leadership skills to build and direct the project team to ensure that timeline, cost, and quality metrics are met.Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skills, experience developing project plans including, risk mitigation strategies, budgets, project schedules, communication plans, etc.
