General Description: The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Manufacturing and Quality Assurance training program and department in the Fort Worth North facility, ensuring training programs and initiatives are both effective and supportive of both plant and corporate business goals; creating and sustaining an effective teamwork structure that drives continuous improvement and increases employee involvement.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, Human Resources or Life Sciences and 10 years training experience with 3 to 5 years in a management position.
