Job Description:
Provide excellent support and service to both external and internal customers. Act as liaison between customers and other departments to ship orders in a timely manner and resolve customer disputes. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all customer communications via phone, fax, mail and e-mail
Prepare, audit, enter and maintain customer orders.
Work directly with buyers and cell leaders to facilitate customer orders
Perform specific tasks and special projects assigned by supervisor
Serve as backup to co-workers as required
Work directly with outside sales force to fulfill customer demands
Handle customer invoicing disputes
Maintain customer and pricing data base
Job Requirements:
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
3 + years customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
General knowledge of company policies and products
Manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
Ability to prioritize customers needs
Work under minimal supervision
Strong computer/data entry skills
Outstanding communication skills
Team player
Previous experience working with an outside sales force
Basic knowledge of excel and Microsoft word
Knowledge of Mapics and JD Edwards a plus
Bilingual a plus
