Job Description:
Service Technician to provide full cycle maintenance and technical service to internal and external users.

Candidates must be able to travel up to 70% to national customer locations.

Duties: Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at customer locations. Act as a resource via telephone when needed. Troubleshoot any problems and resolve. Act as front-line customer service agent. Support internal departments and troubleshoot/resolve problems by perform routine and non-routine maintenance within the manufacturing facility.

Job Requirements:
1+ years of electrical/mechanical maintenance and technical customer service experience. Knowledge of programmable controllers preferred. AAS in Applied Technology or equivalent education and experience. Must be able to operate hand tools and other various shop equipment.
