The production supervisor will manage one or more of the manufacturing processes within the Seaboard campus to achieve its states objectives. The PS will facilitate overall manufacturing g efforts in a safe, compliant and efficient manner teaching customer focus and team approach to direct reports. The supervisor will use and teach ZBS tools to direct reports and foster an environment of personal growth and continuous improvement in the assigned area. Responsibilities Contribute to and sustain results from ZBS and Lean transformation Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operation. Lead production and maintenance employees Assist with leading change in the assigned value stream Participate in cross functional activities to improve Seaboard operations (environmental, GPTW, transactional process improvement, etc.) Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in an area of study related to Engineering or Operations Three to five years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment Expertise in Lean transformation Zep Inc.
