Job Description:
Lead trainer for the company on the field of Quality and Manufacturability including reoccurring Ë Human Factor Training\'.*Key implementer of the AS 9100 certification process.Ability to demonstrate key leadership qualities like; leading teams by example, nurturing a winning culture, strong coaching capabilities, clear vision for the future in the field of Quality and Manufacturing and a strong advocate for continuous improvement.Key Position Metrics: Timeliness, effectiveness, and consistency in delivering services to internal and external customers. Timely and accurate delivery of all requirements generated by the business in the field of Manufacturing Planning, and core Quality deliverables including Document Control, NDT, Bearing shop and Metrology. Lead new Quality initiatives to achieve effective and timely implementation. Position Requirements Basic:4+ years experience in Quality and Manufacturing areas in Aerospace industry. BS in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering.Preferred:FAA 14.5 license preferred. Must be fluent in MS office software packages and MRP Systems. Strong background and experience in Project Management including Gantt charting, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience a plus. Crisp verbal and written communication skills desired.
