An engineering background (MS in Engineering) is highly desirable.As the Process Analysis and Improvement Manager, you would be accountable for implementation and ownership of a subset of Root Cause Failure Analysis processes, including the following responsibilities:Map and document processes; develop methods to measure defined metrics within the process for performance reporting.Recommend tactical reporting enhancements to existing information systems and services to support Failure Analysis operationsEffect ongoing improvement of processes.Drive operational innovations in Root Cause Failure Analysis processes by implementing formal process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) methodologies.Provide thought leadership and direction on industry process best practices, gap challenges, process design, and key performance indicators. Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams and interface with the selected vendors to identify service delivery challenges and opportunities leading to process improvements. Facilitate the determination of priorities for process enhancements.Key competencies required for this position:Competence in managing multiple unrelated tasks Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
