Responsibilities
Responsible for both client and server side software development for content collection and delivery using .NET; Responsible for working on an innovative project and with a team that will push the limits of .NET

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience developing Windows based server-side software using object oriented techniques
Experience using Microsoft C++, MFC, Visual Studio 2003 or 2005
Exceptional .NET and C# skill set
Experience using UML
Experience developing feature-rich, intuitive user interfaces
Experience developing highly complex server-side applications
Excellent grasp of software engineering principles including development and release lifecycle processes
Disciplined use of a source control system
Strong sense of teamwork with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications:
8+ years of software development experience
Experience with trading or financial software, ideally equities trading, FIX messaging protocol, etc
Experience developing visual programming user interfaces
Experience in architectural design concepts, system design and user experience
Experience with .NET remoting
Experience with Web 2.0, RSS Feeds
Meaningful experience with SQL database (ideally MSSQL Server) concepts and usage, as well as database design (structure, views, stored procedures, etc)
Experience with middleware messaging solutions (e.g. LBM, TIBCO, MQ, etc)
