Job Description:
Responsible with Base Business Standardization Team for developing, documenting, maintaining and improving standard processes, including development of metrics, and Key performance Indicators related to Production Operations. Specific focus areas are: Energy Mgmt, Chemical Use and Benchmarking, Corrosion Programs & Asset Integrity, Compression Optimization, Spill Prevention and Tank Reliability, Facility System Efficiency (Debottlenecking), Application of New Technology for operations, and Integrated Production Systems Optimization with Facilities and Reservoir Management. Position Details : Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:1. Production Operations standardized processes and KPIs. Broad knowledge of daily operations requirements and practices.2. Effective communication of key initiative elements and execution plans. Development of deployment and implementation plans for major functions defined in Production Operations. See overview.3. Sponsorship of cross-functional teams that perform optimization of key system constraints, ensures Best Practices are adopted and shared, to improve asset availability and reliability.
