Job Description:
Function: Install, service and repair truck and trailer equipment as ordered.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform job functions listed on repair orders as directed by Service Manager.
2. Requisition shop materials and supplies needed for scheduled jobs.
3. Prepare job and time cards.
4. Record labor and materials on service orders and immediately turn into Service Manager.
5. Maintain company vehicles as needed.
6. Maintain shop equipment and report breakdowns to Service Manager.
7. Keep work area and tools clean and organized.
8. Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
9. Carry out all assignments and activities as requested by Supervisor.
10. Report any unsafe conditions immediately to Supervisor.

1. Perform jobs in allotted time periods and meet company quality standards.
2. Increase in job skills, knowledge and efficiency.
3. Team attitude towards co-workers and supervisor.
4. Accuracy and promptness of written and verbal communication with Service Manager.
5. Care and maintenance of shop tools.

Job Requirements:
1. Own hand tools as listed on tools list.
2. Able to lift 80 lbs. off the floor.
3. Three months experience of basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
4. Be able to perform work in any position.
5. Be able to follow written and verbal directions.
6. Knowledge of proper usage and care of shop tools.
7. Basic math skills.
8. Able to operate shop equipment.
