Job Description:
We are a small plant located in a semi-rural area approximately 75 miles north of Orlando. See the web site for product details.Position is responsible for as Plant Manager for assembly of new products, testing, shipping & receiving, planning and MRP. Indirectly responsible for purchasing.Must have an friendly, genuine personality with the ability to mesh well with other employees in a small plant setting. A manager who is able to gain the confidence of the staff quickly and ramp up to speed on our processes is mandatory. Direct supervisor is the President, who travels frequently. This job is a contract to direct position. Approximately 6 months as contract. Contract and potential FT salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. Full benefits for full time employees including medical, PTO, holidays and 401K.Candidate must have previous experience with electronics assembly, processes, materials planning, labor resource management and MRP. Wireless, radio communications, or related product experience very helpful.Prefer BS degree in a relevant area, HS graduation required.
