Job Description:
Responsibilities will include leading and coordinating daily shift operations to assure the manufacturing of products consistent with quality, quantity, safety, and cost requirements. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the direction of hourly employees in all aspects of the production and packaging process, monitoring the lines for yield improvement and measuring productivity. NOTES: US Residents Only. Quarterly production bonus opportunity of 5% to 10% of base. Benefits include medical, dental, 401K, LTD, Life. Requirements This is an excellent opportunity for a high energy, enthusiastic person with finely tuned management skills who can create and foster a culture of teamwork, excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Manufacturing, Food Science or equivalent and a strong working knowledge of GMP\'s and regulatory requirements.
