Job Description:

Direct and coordinate production activities, in a multi- manufacturing structure including sterilization and extrusion services, so that approved products are manufactured on schedule and meet quality standards and cost objectives. * Report to the General Manager and direct activities through a team of managers.* Ensure that the department employees are in compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (Quality Systems Regulations), and other regulatory requirements. * Participate in the successful execution of the established goals for the SMART transformation strategy and other plant measurements performance. * Develop business/quality plans with cost/quality and service objectives that continue to drive operational employment. * Expected to participate as a team sponsor who is accountable for the outcome of all business units and SMART team(s).* Expected to have a complete understanding of the manufacturing operations, quality control standards and operating goals. Requirements: A minimum of ten years manufacturing experience required, preferably in Medical Devices or related field(s).
