Job Description:

Will be responsible for safety,quality,productivity, efficient and on the job training. Will be maintaining diverse reports, performance methods and processes. Must maximize production objectives and ensure that efficiency,productivity and quality meet superior standards.Must be able to communicate effectively written and spoken in English and Spanish.Will be resolving employee related issues or submit them to the production manager or HR action. Will monitor and measure the work performance of direct reports. Must be able to acquire first hand knowledge of team members' skills and abilities. Must be able to provide direct technical support to production and assist with all manufacturing and quality related issues. Experience in Lean or Sigma Manufacturing is a plus.Some college is desired for position. Please detail resume with skills and experience due to the importance of the position.
