Job Description:
This position will be a stepping stone into upper level Manufacturing Management positions. The chosen candidate will be promoted to a First Shift Supervisor then to Section Supervisor within 2+ years (owning a product line) and then to a Unit Manager. The company does not want to consider candidates that do not have the drive/motivation or leadership skills to move up quickly.REQUIREMENTS: Must Have an Associates Degree, Bachelors degree preferred, some experience with Manufacturing process improvement, preferably Lean Manufacturing skills (5s,kaizan, one-piece flow, JIT, etc.), Experience supervising others in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing area (Assembly area preferred). Motivator and driven achiever. Military Leadership experience is accepted with degree.This is a full time position. This position includes a full benefits package. This position includes relocation expenses.
