Job Description:
Our client is a looking for a Plant Manager with nice progression in current company.
Must have food manufacturing in the fresh food industry.
Steady progression of upward job movement with increasing responsibilities in current job. For Example: Starting as a Production Supervisor, then Production Manager or Quality Assurance Manager, then Operation Manager to Plant Manager)
Proven accomplishments
Manage a large & varied workforce (at least 500 people in a plant, including non-English speaking employees)
Degree preferred.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
EDUCATION: BA in Agriculture or equivalent work experience.
SKILLS: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Must be flexible, even-tempered, a good mediator, and forceful. Knowledge of Vegetable farming operations. Experience should include financial responsibilities. Demonstrated negotiating experience.
