Environmental awareness - Premise Security - Staff Enrichment - Corporate Compliance - Labor Relations, unionized and non-unionized - Inventory Control, warehouse and grain - Cost Control - Capital Expenditure Development and ControlSafety: Thoroughly understand and manage the coordination, implementation and compliance of the Company Safety policy.Production:- Manage each production unit in the most efficient manner possible in accordance with existing standards and quality specifications.- Utilization of personnel and equipment in a manner to obtain maximum performance with optimum yields and quality of product.- Manage the maintenance of equipment and buildings in the best possible condition.- Manage grain inventory and grain shipment scheduling.- Ensure all plant areas work together to coordinate the plant effort.Food Safety: Thoroughly understand the ADM Food Safety Policy and manage the application of the policy to assure that products manufactured are within customer specifications and QA guidelines.Environment: Thoroughly understand the ADM commitment to the environment and manage the application to assure compliance with the regulations of Barbados. Considered candidate, is preferred to have, 5-10 years of managing a large work force in an industrial, union environment. Candidate must be able to effectively work in a multi-task oriented environment. This role requires the ability to safely move about the manufacturing site with no limitations in climbing steps and ladders along with the ability to work in hot/humid climates.
