The primary mission of the Business Process Optimization team is to help IPG Global Consumer Support Operations achieve its customer satisfaction and financial goals by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of key processes. The key high-level responsibilities of the role include: -Develop and implement a Business Process Management framework -Assisting in selection of process improvement projects -Deliver tangible business results from process improvement projects -Help regional Consumer Support groups improve the effectiveness & efficiency of key processes -Providing training to the project teams on the use of the tools and tactics of the Lean Six Sigma methodology -Providing mentoring to project teams as they use the methodology the Lean Six Sigma methodology -Ensuring that the project teams deliver tangible business results Process Management: -Developing a global process management framework -Creating a systems view & inventory of key processes -Developing process maps and SIPOCs -Complete customer requirements & effectiveness metrics research -Identify efficiency metrics -Collect metrics performance data -Create process performance metrics scorecards and dashboards -Identify gaps & process improvement opportunities Process Improvement: -Process improvement project identification & prioritization -Project oversight & execution -Applying Lean Six Sigma to realize process improvement -Mentoring & coaching project teams -Providing training as appropriate -Delivering business results Qualifications Qualifications: -Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Math or equivalent diploma or experience. -Experience with Business Process Management -Six Sigma Black Belt or Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification -Deep understanding of the DMAIC process improvement methodology -Experience with Lean desirable.
