Job Description:
Production scheduling in accordance with ship dates. Manpower scheduling to meet production schedule, maintain correct direct labor costs, and ensure quality of work life for employees. Leadership and supervision of Department Supervisors. Coordination with Quality Manager regarding nonconformance issues. Coordination with Materials Department to ensure material availability and BOM validity. Coordination with Safety Manager on all safety related issues. Oversee the related personnel actions, including final selection, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Management, Manufacturing Engineering or related. Three to five years experience in a production supervision role. Ability to work a varied schedule as needed, minimum of 50 hours per week. Experience with composites helpful but not required.
