Position Controller Employment Type Full Time Facility Robinson, IL Description * Lead, manage, coordinate & administer all accounting & finance functions for facility according to established deadlines. * Contribute to development of plant strategies and objectives aligned with product group, strategic business unit & Corporate strategies. * Provide decision support & timely & accurate financial information & analysis to operational management, product group and strategic business unit. * Manage margins and cash flow of plant. * Resolve financial business issues & assist plant in management of the quoting process & securing new business. * Establish, monitor and maintain internal accounting controls. Proper application of GAAP and safeguard company assets. SOX compliance. * Develop credible annual budget/operating plan & periodic forecasts. Monitor and communicate results and trends. * Set measures for performance & work with plant staff to achieve targeted measures. * Lead cost reduction efforts. * Develop capital budgets & monitor progress. * Train, evaluate & develop finance team. Contribute to team effort. * Coordination of compliance efforts within plant. Education/Experience * BSBA accounting or finance. * CPA/CMA or MBA given additional consideration. * Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing environment. * Sarbanes Oxley/404 compliance experience preferred.
