Job Description:
Assistant Mortgage Banker: Looking for aggressive customer oriented personnel in every States to work from your home as a part time or full time. It is your responsibility to find customer, originate loan and submit through online. You fill up 1003 form and collect all necessary papers from the borrower.
You will be paid at 40% of the revenue. You don't need to process the loan application like a Loan Officer. We will directly work with you and customer to make the deal happen. This position can be converting as a Mortgage Consultant after 5 successful settlements.
Mortgage Banker: We are looking for aggressive Mortgage Consultant in every States. If you have minimum one year of experience and ready to take this opportunity, let us know. You will be paid at 50% of the revenue (front and back). We will also help you to increase your income by sending leads from our network.
Sr. Mortgage Banker: If you have minimum five years of mortgage experience and ready to take this opportunity, let us know. You must have the capacity to originate and close loan with all compliances.
You will be paid at 60% of the revenue (front and back). You will have the opportunity to close more deals due to our mortgage network. We will also help you to increase your income by sending leads from our network in all 50 States.

Mortgage Referral: If you are a Mortgage Lender or Loan Officer and dont have the right Lender for this customer or licensing issue, let us know. We will pay 30% referral fee upon settlement to send the full application and all documents. If you have any restriction from State or your mortgage company to receive referral fee, you must inform us in written.

Job Requirements:
Assistant Mortgage Banker: No experience Necessary. Prefer to have basic computer knowledge. Sales Experience A+.
Mortgage Banker: Minimum one year or 10 loans origination experience. Must have LOs software experience.
Sr. Mortgage Banker: Minimum 5 years experience to handle the whole mortgage process with compliances.
