Job Description:
This position is accountable for solving high level complex technical problems and for providing high level technical support within IT and for clients in all Business Units with limited supervision. Available for 24x7 On Call rotation. Monitor production application systems, troubleshoot, provide problem resolution to production applications, administer/develop IT infrastructure and/or technical applications, and create and maintain system documentation.
The ideal candidate has BS/BA Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Certifications are a plus. Requires 7 Years capability in one or more technical areas involving the Infrastructure Novell Netware, Windows Linux.
