Supervisor External Job DescriptionPosition is under the general guidance of the department manager. Incumbent will direct the work activities of employees within any aspect of the Pharmaceutical production environment Skills/Experience Education/CertificationBS degree in business or a technical related field. Individual must have at least 3 years manufacturing experience preferably in an FDA industry and 2-3 years supervisory experience or equivalent leadership and/or coordinator experience. Must be able to exercise leadership, diplomacy, and problem solving skills when coordinating and working with all levels of employees. Must have the ability to successfully complete project commitments. Must be flexible to work overtime as required to meet business needs.
