This position is viewed as an entry position because the successful candidate will be immediately a key player in setting the direction and culture in this location and will be labeled a key individual to assume additional responsibilities and levels of authority. This is not a position for someone satisfied in counting beans. You will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of demonstrated success in accounting and analysis in a manufacturing cost environment including supervision,leadership,and mentoring of staff.You will show 3-5 years of strong successful leadership and management experience. Your experience will include supporting and realizing results from activities such as Lean, 6-sigma, and quality;Cost accounting, inventory management, and product profitability improvement. We want the person that can talk about their wins, is passionate about what they do and is ready for the challenge.Your resume will include: Strong Microsoft Excel work skills; knowledge of Access; Effective leadership and ability to influence others;Strong analytical and problem solving skills;Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills;Highly organized and able to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities;Ability to communicate or present information, both verbally and written, effectively with all levels of the organization.
