Responsible for administration of all manufacturing operations at the Clayton site including formulation, terminally sterilized filling, commodity preparation, all packing operations, maintenance and sanitation. Overall objective is to meet production thru-put and schedule requirements, achieve yearly profit plan, meet quality standards, establish long term goals, and maintain a positive employee relations climate. Will manage and coordinate all production functions to achieve plan requirements of over 19 million units/annually. Monitors establishment of a system of manufacturing policy procedures and standards to insure product generated conforms to predetermined goals, objectives and organizational arrangements to obtain maximum efficiency from departments. Defines and communicates to key personnel responsibilities toward achieving established goals and evaluate performance on the results. Individual will confer with Hospital Products research and development to implement process and line improvements. Insure corporate divison and plant safety, industrial hygiene and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations are in compliance.Responsible for the performance of 150+ employees Skills/Experience Education/CertificationBS degree required in engineering, business or science.
