Ensure that clear and manageable communication lines are established and maintained between the project team, vendors, management and other relevant stakeholders.· Act as the primary contact for all communication and decision making on assigned projects.· Perform resource planning and support the project team to ensure adequate resourcing of assigned project(s).· Co-ordinate preparation and/or prepare project status reports to insure management is kept informed of project progress and status.· Conduct regular project team meetings ensuring minutes and action plans are prepared and circulated.· Prepare and manage overall project budget for assigned project(s) taking overall responsibility for adherence to budget, timelines and quality specifications.· Establish a highly motivated and enthusiastic project team, ensuring open communications and high quality teamwork.· Manage project(s) assigned in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.· Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.REQUIREMENTS· Detailed knowledge of FDA/GCP/ICH clinical requirements for clinical trial conduct· Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and creativity in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.· Self motivated with the ability to be effective with minimum supervision.· Demonstrated success in collaboration with others.
