Job Description:
Director, Scientist, Research Associate Preclinical Protein Purification and Characterization We are seeking candidates at multiple levels (Director or Group Leader, Senior Scientist, Scientist, Research Associate or Research Assistant) for the purification and characterization of rPEG fusion proteins for preclinical development. Our processes involve expression in E. coli cytoplasm (T7 system), cell lysis, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, endotoxin removal strategies, resulting in protein ready for physical characterization (potency, affinity, stability testing) as well as cell-based activity assays and animal studies.
