Professional Services Project Manager, Genetics & Genotyping This position manages Biosoftware Professional Services engagements in the area of Genetics involving cross-departmental or cross-functional teams consisting of customers, scientist, software developers, QA engineers and customer support personnel focused on delivery of Biosoftware services to customers. Monitors assigned Services projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and development/delivery teams on all matters related to Services projects. Personally responsible for successful delivery of assigned deliverables/services to customers on schedule within project budget constraints, and customer acceptance of the deliverables. This position reports to Biosoftware Director of Professional Services. Responsibilities · Assists Director, Professional Services in all matters related to sales and initiation of professional services projects to customers and prospects · Under direction from Director, Professional Services prepares contractual documents and participates in customer negotiations as requested · Gathers, documents and manages detailed customer workflows and requirements throughout projects lifecycle.
