Job Description:
Provide leadership, ensuring proper preventive maintenance of physical plant and all operating equipment and electrical troubleshooting. Specify maintenance plan and strategy for each equipment system. Elements of the plan should include predictive maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance tasks, inspection & monitoring activities, spare parts requirements, and organizational requirements Implement and improve maintenance systems in depth. Identify root issue and address at a high level Review and approve the maintenance plans and performance metrics on a weekly basis Remain aware and trained on all technical advancements in the area of responsibility Proactive in improving manufacturing processes and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency Develop project instructions, blueprints, schematics, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem, and possible solutions such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies Develop, plan, organize and manage capital, reliability and process improvement projects throughout the plant Will provide maintenance and production support as needed. Accountabilities include Project Management from concept and project scope through installation and reporting of final project performance.
