Provide due diligence on Make versus Buy analysis.* Recommend a Supply Chain that supports the SBU strategies.* Ensure CM compliance with established C&D business processes.* Interface with the Global business units on supply initiatives.* Establish relationships in the Public and Private sector to facilitate a manufacturing strategy in support of Strategic Business Unit goals.* Develop and recommend manufacturing strategies.* Develop annual financial plans, monthly variance reporting and PPR.* Develop should cost, competitive reverse cost, and quote analysis on product to be manufactured.* Investigate and understand supplier capacities and de-bottlenecking strategies.* Establish reporting requirements between suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics and planning groups.* Interface and provide leadership to new product development teams with Marketing and R&D via Brand Team meetings.* Develop and implement Gross Margin and Net Working Capital improvement initiatives.* Manage staff efficiency and performance.Qualifications:* Bachelor\'s Degree required, MBA preferred.* Basic computer skills are necessary (e.g. Word/Excel). * Experience working with contract manufacturers or at a contract manufacturer required.* SAP experience is helpful.* Position requires five to seven years background in Planning, Operations or Purchasing as well as strong general business acumen. Also ongoing attendance at professional seminars is requested.
