Manager has indicated a minimum of 5 year experience as a team leader (production supervisor) in a manufacturing or automotive environment.- Sequencing, 5s, Lean Manufacturing & Just-in time processes.- Prior Supervision experience from the big three or tier one supplier.- Meets production cost schedule and maintains quality requirements.- Must be willing to work any assigned shift, daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required. - Leadership interest and abilities required for effective supervision of employees.- Minimum high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employee and elicit work output.- Effective skills to adapt to a high-paced volatile manufacturing environment.
