• Define and implement the vision for the group.
• Inspire and motivate the team in their quest to change the IT industry
• Foster strong relationships with business partners and the internal R&D department
• Create and foster an environment conducive to innovation, high productivity and high quality
• Own the execution of product development, integration and delivery
• Grow the team by recruiting world-class technical talent and leadership
• Develop the talents of the team
• Define and implement robust integration and business automation architecture
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices
• Advocate and reinforce Companies development methodology
• Work effectively with customers and prospects on critical issues and technology roadmap discussions
• Proven ability to manage the development of business automation projects
• Proven ability to master fast-paced releases with flawless quality
• Proven track record for delivering innovative, successful products
• Proven ability to make those around you better, including everyone from individual contributors up to senior management
• Ability to quickly gain the technical respect of your team and peers
• Significant experience managing developers and managing managers
• Significant hands on development experience
• Skills should include Ruby on Rails, AJAX, LAMP, etc.
• Experience developing products with different technical platforms
• Exceptional communication skills including both written and "keynote" presentation skills
• Technical Degree, MS preferred
