Supervises hourly staff including training, development, and work assignments for one or more processes, in one or more buildings, usually on a rotating shift. 3. Responsible for supporting activities in the areas of cost containment, efficiency, productivity, energy conservation and waste minimization, 4. Maintains the area in a constant state of cGMP readiness. 5. Responsible for safe and environmental correct operations of equipment and the safety of personnel. 6. Administers payroll, scheduling, company polices and Union Contracts. Qualifications BS in engineering, scientific or management field to include Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Managemnt Leadership/Management/Supervisory Experience is required 2 years experience in Manafacturing Processing to include Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Petroleum is desired Good interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated analytical abilities.
