Join us in helping our valued clients say YES to a cleaner, more organized home, office and environment. We are currently seeking detail oriented individuals that are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service every time! This position is 100% Customer Service, 100% Physical Labor and 100% Sales & Marketing.
As a part of our expanding Charlotte Metro operation, new Truck Team Members will have the opportunity to:
• Earn a competitive hourly wage.
• Earn profit share + Tips
• Work with new and repeat residential and commercial clients
• Identify new opportunities for onsite sales and up selling of our unique services
• Gain experience with guerilla marketing tactics
• Learn about basic truck operations and safety while driving and maintaining our state of the art trucks
• Aid valued clients in ridding their homes of unwanted items (old furniture, household appliances, etc.)
SKILLS
-Proven customer service experience
-Knowledge of map reading and navigation
-Critical thinkers with superior problem solving skills and attention to detail
-Plenty of energy and Enthusiasm
REQUIREMENTS
-A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, at least 3-4 days a week (we are open 7 days a week) 8am to 5 or 6pm
-Must be physically fit with the ability to move, lift and load heavy objects
