Job Description:
This position requires: A Ph.D. in Epidemiology or Outcomes Research with related field experience 9-12 years of epidemiology or clinical research experience including designing and implementing epidemiologic studies on large databases Experience working with public access or HMO databases Effective in serving as an individual consultant, team member, or lead on projects Experience in clinical safety, pharmacovigilance and product risk management activities critical to performance of position activities The ability to initiate and maintain effective interactions with cross-matrixed direct reports and peers within Amylin as well as with corporate partners Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership, strategic, and written/verbal communication skills.
