Job Description:

Responsible for the ongoing assessment and maintenance of program procedures and documentation. Manage and mentor clinical study personnel focused on conducting clinical programs/trials. Lead on trial design and strategy. Manage clinical trials from start to finish by driving deliverables to completion on time and within budget and in compliance with GCP/ICH and human subject regulations Establish an effective working relationship with the clinical sites Manage the development of core clinical documentations (e.g., study plans/strategy, protocols, Informed Consents, database, training, IRB documents and Adverse Event Reporting). Represent Clinical Research department in cross-functional meetings. Develop and manage study budget. Develop and execute trial registration and publication objectives. Manage activities performed by Contract Research Organizations (CRO). Manage review of clinical data/information and provide oversight of query resolution. Position requires travel. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Science/Medical/Health related field required.
