Sound Mortgage Inc. is hiring both experienced and entry level Loan Originators to join our University Place team. Since we are a Mortgage bank as well as broker we offer the best of both worlds. Sound Mortgage has been in business since 1978 and offers an extremely competitive Compensation plan as well as the ability to do ALL loans, including FHA,VA, Conforming, and Alt A. We also offer in house processing, local underwriting and local funding!

Job Requirements:
Applicants must be self motivated team players with a need to excel. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must. A strong sales background is a plus, BUT we will work with the right applicant to develop their sales/marketing abilities.
