Job Description:
Responsibilities:1. Manage overall plant production for off shift to meet business objectives2. Provide guidance and leadership to address issues that arise related to equipment, personnel and facilities.3. Create positive 4. Drive Innovation and change by communicating on key business initiatives and promoting employee engagement and specifically act as a lean deployment leader.5. Supervise, lead and coach a production team and supervisors while spending time on the production floor, including performance review, termination and labor resource. Execute on-boarding, cross-training, personal development strategies for direct reports. 6. Meet quality objectives by ensuring compliance to quality systems and partner with Quality function as necessary.7. Develop and achieve production plans, proactively identify and resolve issues.8. Develop and communicate departmental goals in order to achieve effective core 5 metric performance and administer the Employee Incentive Program.9. Investigate root cause(s) of non-conformances (i.e. NCMR, audit, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected completion date(s).10. Work closely with cross-functional groups to develop continuous improvement plans (i.e. engineering, calibration, materials management, equipment engineering and quality) in order to achieve plant and departmental objectives.
