Job Description:
Help protect Washington’s wild places!
WWC is now hiring 4 canvassers for our temporary summer door canvass position. Experience is preferred, but we will train passionate prospects.
Your job is to educate and activate the masses on WWC’s current campaign. This includes signing up or renewing members, gathering comment postcards or petition signatures, recruiting volunteers, etc.

Start date is June 1st, ending early or mid-September. The canvass position will be 32.5 hours/week Monday- Thursday 3:00- 9:30pm, Sunday 1:00- 7:30 (most likely). The pay is $10/ hour + generous bonus once you meet the weekly quota.

You must be outgoing and comfortable talking to a variety of people.
Be able to clearly communicate and explain the issue to prospective members.
Walk for a 5 hour shift over a varied terrain.
