Responsible for building and managing assigned individual relationships with high net worth clients based upon holistic, objective financial planning and advice.

Focus on retaining current and attracting new assets;

Client relationship management focused on developing first call status from clients for all of his/her financial needs

Coordinating communications among and between a client's account team, and across appropriate institutional and other business segments

Build and solidify client relationships pre and post retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages the unique value proposition of the Wealth Management Group

Serves as TIAA's primary point of contact for High Net Worth and affluent clients and institutional key influencers

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Active NASD Series 7 required.

State insurance license.

Industry designations such as CFP desired.

Proven track record in generating sales and relationship management to high net worth clients including broad technical skills in retirement plans, general investment matters and applicable tax, insurance and estate planning issues.

Ability and experience in understanding a client's financial situation and personal circumstances, while providing thoughtful, appropriate advice for clients' situations aimed at securing confidence and financial services business.

Experience with Client Relationship Management systems preferred.

Local or regional travel required.
