Responsible and accountable for the deliverables of multiple global clinical trialsLeverages resources, expertise and knowledge across multiple projects to ensure attainment of project deliverables in keeping with corporate and department goalsProvides input into the development of global clinical strategies Prepares, manages and is accountable for program budgetLead multi-functional team responsible for implementation of clinical trialResponsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for site selection and contracting, including negotiation of budgets through completion of contractResponsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for vendor selection, qualification through QA audit, scope of work definition and contract completionParticipate in design of clinical trials, reviews and approves project deliverables such as protocols, final study reports, annual reports, Investigator Brochure, informed consent forms, study manuals, study tools, clinical study reports, etcResponsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for monitoring plan to be managed either through CRO or use of independent monitorsResponsible, either directly or through Clinical Project Manager, for Investigator meetings Responsible for interacting with Regulatory Affairs to ensure that all clinical trial documents are submitted to the regulatory agencies consistent with the clinical trial timelines.
