Job Description:
Are you always reliable? Arriving to work on time and ready to take on a day of fun? Looking for a long-term opportunity? If so we are looking for a warm fun-loving but, dependable person to care for our 5 month old baby boy. During the day you will focus on his early learning and childhood development with the tools and techniques provided to nurture his growth. You will have language software, music, toys, and books, as well as a complete myriad of items to keep him and yourself moving everyday.
Job Requirements:
This opportunity does not include cooking, cleaning, errand running, laundry, or any other additional tasks. His food will be prepared ready for you to heat up. Your one and only task is to focus on our sons learning and development each and every day through trips to the park, playing outside, playing games.... * M-Th 8:45-5:30, Fri. 8:15-4:00 (Approximately 40 hours a week on average)
* Need to be Flexible, work shift could change by an hour or so on occasion
* $300.00 a week, ($250.00 a week if bringing own children)(1099 employee) (Paid bi-weekly)
* Yearly Merit/Performance Review
* December Bonus
* 5 paid vacation/sick days after first 120 days
* Healthcare coverage available after first 120 days
* First Aid and CPR course completed within first 90 days (Paid for by us)
* Food Handlers Permit and TB test within first 90 days (Paid for by us)
* Able to follow and attend seminars on Love and Logic Magic for Early Childhood (Paid for by us)
* Complimentary beverages and snacks
* Must provide 2-4 Professional References
* Background Check and Drug Screen completed upon hire (paid for by us)
* Provide own reliable transportation
* No pet allergies (cats and dog will stay in the garage)
