We are now opening up the benefits of working in our office to you working from your office and or your home. With Net Origination you have the following 2 options to set up for success….

OPTION 1 -
Receive 100% commission for all loans after $1500.00 of net fees collected monthly. Maintain your own operating account! No Junk fees! Start Tomorrow! We make it easy

OPTION 2 –
Receive 80% Commission per closed file, with no additional junk fees!!!
Can be W-2 or 1099.

ACCESS TO OUR LENDERS…. You will be dealing with our lenders directly and have full access to each lenders rate sheets and web sites. With these lenders, you will get better pricing on rates because of the volume of loans Core Financial, Inc. sends to these lenders.

HEALTH INSURANCE…. We are currently enrolled in a health option plan that is available to you and covers employees and their families with local primary care physicians located in your neighborhood.

There is NO monthly fee or closing quota.
We pay next day
