Responsibilities include new project development, and existing program management. This role will be in charge of both the manufacturing side and the packaging side of the laboratory for their clients.Minimum Requirements:-BS/BA Biology (life science) or Manufacturing Engineering-5 years of experience in tissue processing, tissue banking, and/or medical device manufacturing-5 years of supervisory experience -Thorough understanding of cGMP and cGTP requirements for a commercial scale manufacturing facility-Understanding of materials management/purchasing and product inventory management methodologiesOther responsibilities include:-Responsible for overall project management of production operations of the on-time completion of client product.-Develops budget projections, material, and staffing forecasts.-Develops SOP, Production Batch Records, and Validation Protocols.-Develops production schedules to meet customer and business goals.-Provides accurate production forecasting.-Works to find capacity optimization and cost reduction programs.
